All prices ex VAT, on a 12-month term, invoiced by Bacs. Implementation is £0 on every tier. We do not price per user, and there is no per-user rate on an order form.

What the units mean, precisely
An enrolled worker
A person with an active login who has not passed their leaving date. Head-office administrators do not count. Subcontractors and agency staff do, deliberately: it is their comprehension the regulations ask about.
A site
A place of work, or a team, under one manager. Where there are no fixed places of work, such as drivers, field engineers or mobile cleaning rounds, use the Company tier and organise by depot, hub, round or supervisor.
