A safety notice reaches every worker on site in the language they read, and you get a timestamped, printable record of who confirmed it. Workers sign in with a phone number: no work email, no app store, no IT ticket.

What it does

Phone-number login. A worker types their mobile and a texted six-digit code. No email address is needed to add anyone; a sign-in lasts 30 days.
Translated on publish. You write one notice in English. Every worker receives it in their own language, video captions included. They choose their language once.
Confirmed receipt, with the record. Must-reads need a tap to confirm, offered only once the whole notice has been on screen. You get who has, who has not, a printable per-worker record and a CSV export, with nothing behind a paid reporting add-on.
A whole site on in one break. Print a join card with a QR code and pin it on the welfare cabin door: about 20 seconds a worker. Set a leaving date and access is revoked.
Reporting back from site. A photo, a sentence and a location in under a minute, written in the worker's language and translated on arrival.

£180Site, per site per month. Up to 100 enrolled workers, overage £1.60 each.

£550+Company, per month, unlimited sites, banded by workers: £550 to 250, £950 to 500, £1,600 to 1,000, £2,600 to 2,000.

£3,600+Enterprise, per month, for 2,000+ workers or where SSO and a security review are needed.

Everything is included on every tier, with no add-ons, and implementation is always £0. Monthly billing +15%. The one metered item is SMS delivery of a post, 8p a message; push is the default.
