# TeamTalk - 100 UK Target Accounts (non-construction), ranks 101-200

A second prospect list for **TeamTalk**, the UK SaaS for frontline and deskless workforce communication: multilingual auto-translated notices, phone-number login (no email required), confirmed reach and proof of receipt, worker reporting from the floor, and video with captions.

The first list ([`targets-100.md`](./targets-100.md)) is construction-led: forty of its hundred accounts are housebuilders, main contractors or groundworks subcontractors. This one deliberately contains **no construction at all**. It exists because the product's regulatory argument is not a construction argument - it is a *comprehensible information* and *proof of instruction* argument, and that duty bites hardest in kitchens, warehouses, cleaning contracts, factory lines and care homes, where the workforce is more multilingual, more shift-based and less email-reachable than on a building site.

**Generated:** August 2026 | **Accounts:** 100 (ranks 101-200) | **Tier 1:** 20 | **Tier 2:** 40 | **Tier 3:** 40
**No company on this list appears on `targets-100.md`.** Verified by name comparison against all 100 existing accounts.

## Sector weighting

| Sector group | Target | Actual |
|---|---|---|
| Contract catering, hospitality, hotels, pubs and restaurants | 30 | 30 |
| Logistics, parcels, warehousing, food wholesale, ports and bus depots | 25 | 25 |
| Facilities, cleaning, security, grounds, waste and laundries | 20 | 20 |
| Manufacturing and food production | 15 | 15 |
| Care, housing DLOs and NHS-adjacent | 10 | 10 |

## How to read this list

**Headcount.** Where a figure is given it is *direct UK employees* unless stated otherwise. Anything marked `UNVERIFIED` could not be confirmed from a public source that was actually fetched, and should not be quoted externally; where a company's website or Companies House gave a useful proxy instead - depot count, fleet size, pallet positions, number of CQC locations, turnover - that proxy is given in place of a headcount. Figures marked `est.` are estimates, including third-party aggregations such as LinkedIn or Indeed employee bands, and are not company-published.

**Multilingual indicator.** Marked **YES** only where a company or a public register publicly evidences it - a stated nationality or language count, a published translated-induction programme, or a stated international recruitment pipeline. Marked **Likely** where the inference rests on well-established sector labour composition rather than a company statement. This distinction is the most important honesty control in the document. Six accounts carry hard published evidence: Kingdom Services Group (149 nationalities), Wilson James (85 languages, 90 nationalities), G's Fresh (translated seasonal-worker inductions), Hilton Foods (migrant workforce identified in its own modern slavery statement), Orders of St John Care Trust and Agincare (named international recruitment programmes), and NHS Professionals (international workforce campaigns). Every other **Likely** is a discovery question, not a fact.

**Buyer titles are titles only.** No named individuals appear anywhere in this document or the CSV.

**Warm path.** Three routes were tested for every account: **The Menu Partners** (contract caterer, Bicester, Oxfordshire - reachable through the foodservice supply chain, shared client sites, peer caterers and local Oxfordshire geography), **Barratt / Fernham** (housebuilders - reachable through the site services they buy: catering and welfare, site cleaning, site security, waste, laundry, and the housing associations they sell affordable homes to), or **none**. A warm path here is a *structural hypothesis to test on a call*, not a confirmed introduction. Where there genuinely is not one, the cell says so - about half the list. That is not a weakness: the strongest-fitting accounts in this research (the security firms, the produce packers, the care groups) have no warm path at all, and should be worked as an outbound campaign carrying a Tier 1 reference.

**Pricing unit.** The sector playbooks set out which unit to quote for each of these businesses - kitchen, hotel, depot, contract, factory, care home or person-band. Get this wrong and the deal stalls on arithmetic rather than value. The single most common error would be quoting the GBP 180 Site plan to a cleaning contractor with 900 small contracts, or to a pub group whose average unit has 25 people.

## Tier 1 - Best fit (20 accounts, ranks 101-120)

**The twenty to work now.** Chosen on three tests at once, the same three used for the first list: a genuinely deskless, phone-only, multilingual frontline; a live regulatory reason a notice must be *provably* received; and either a plausible route from a warm lead or intrinsic evidence so strong it justifies pure outbound.

Six of the twenty are catering and hospitality, and five of those six sit inside The Menu Partners' own competitive set. **Thomas Franks** is the standout - independently owned, based at Hook Norton about twenty miles from Bicester, and growing fast enough (turnover up 31% to GBP 130.9m in the year to September 2025) to have systems budget. **Mellors** is the best-verified independent caterer found anywhere in this research: 1,905 staff, 360 restaurants, 130,000 meals a day, all published. **Graysons** and **Wilson Vale** are the like-for-like South East and Midlands peers. **Vertas** is the interesting one, because it sells catering, cleaning *and* grounds into 400+ school sites, which means three frontline populations under one contract and a mobilisation window every August. **Travelodge** is here partly on scale - 600+ hotels, 13,000+ staff, housekeeping teams on tight turnaround windows - and partly because its head office is in Thame, Oxfordshire, the same town as Harrison Catering on the first list and twenty minutes from Bicester.

The four logistics accounts are chosen for two different reasons. **Reynolds** and **Creed** are foodservice wholesalers, and a foodservice wholesaler is the single most likely existing commercial relationship The Menu Partners has with anyone on this list; ask which wholesalers they buy from and start there. **Bestway** is the same argument at 62-depot scale. **Reed Boardall** has no warm path at all and is here on pure shape: one 55-acre frozen site, 200 refrigerated vehicles, 12,000 pallets a day, three shifts and lone working in sub-zero chambers. It is the ideal single-site customer.

The five facilities accounts contain the two best-evidenced multilingual workforces found anywhere in this research. **Kingdom Services Group** publishes that its 11,500 staff represent **149 nationalities** across 5,000+ sites. **Wilson James** publishes **85 languages and 90 nationalities** across 5,000+ staff. Neither figure is an inference or a sector average - both are the companies' own words, and both make the translation argument unarguable before you open your mouth. **Monthind** is in Tier 1 on structure rather than evidence: a thousand people across five hundred sites in the East of England is the clearest proof in this document that per-building pricing is the wrong model. **Birkin** is a BICSc accredited training member, so the training-records culture already exists and the briefing-records gap is visible. **Grundon** covers Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire - the same patch as both Bicester and the South East housebuilding sites.

The three manufacturers are all evidence picks. **G's Fresh** already states in its 2024/25 modern slavery statement that it translates seasonal-worker induction content and runs a multilingual grievance line; it has proved the need and is meeting it by hand. **Hilton Foods** identifies migrant workers in UK food processing as an at-risk group in its own statement. **Fine Lady** is the small, fast, one-decision-maker bakery in the same regional food economy as Bicester.

The two care accounts close it. **Orders of St John Care Trust** publishes its international recruitment commitment and runs homes across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. **Avery Healthcare** is here on arithmetic: 100+ homes at 60-120 staff each is the single cleanest fit for the GBP 180 per-site plan anywhere in this document, and one home is a self-contained pilot with one named owner - the Registered Manager.

| # | Company | Sector | HQ / region | UK headcount (frontline-heavy) | Multilingual? | Likely buyer titles | Why they fit | Warm path | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 101 | **Thomas Franks Ltd** | Contract catering - B&I and education | Hook Norton, Oxfordshire; workplace, school and stadium contracts UK-wide | ~3,500 people across 15 countries with the UK the core market (est.); turnover GBP 130.9m in the 12 months to 30 Sep 2025, up 31% on GBP 99.9m | Likely - dispersed client-site kitchen brigades typical of independent workplace catering (inferred) | Operations Director; Head of Food Safety / HSEQ; People/HR Director; Head of Internal Communications; Client Services Director | The closest thing to a mirror image of The Menu Partners: independently owned, Oxfordshire-based, growing fast, and running dispersed client-site kitchens where an allergen change has to reach every chef and be evidenced under the Food Safety Act due-diligence defence. | STRONG via The Menu Partners. Direct competitive peer, independently owned, and based at Hook Norton roughly 20 miles from Bicester. Same client types, same wholesalers, same trade forums - a Menu Partners pilot reference travels sideways in one call. | [source](https://www.thecaterer.com/news/thomas-franks-tops-100m-turnover) |
| 102 | **Mellors Catering Services Ltd** | Contract catering - education and B&I | Skelmersdale, Lancashire; Midlands and North of England | 1,905 staff; 360 restaurants; ~130,000 meals a day (company website, 2026) | Likely - large multi-site shift kitchen workforce across 360 school, college and workplace restaurants (inferred) | Operations Director; Head of Food Safety / HSEQ Manager; People/HR Director; Head of Internal Communications; Regional Catering Manager | The best-verified independent caterer on this list: 1,905 people in 360 kitchens serving 130,000 meals a day, with Natasha's Law allergen duties and EHO evidence in every one of them and no confirmed channel to any. | MODERATE via The Menu Partners. Direct peer in education and B&I catering; shares wholesalers and the same August school-mobilisation calendar. Different geography, so lead with the peer story rather than the postcode. | [source](https://www.mellorscatering.co.uk) |
| 103 | **Graysons Restaurants Ltd** | Contract catering - B&I and venues | Chelmsford, Essex; London and South East England | UNVERIFIED; independently owned (Graysons Hospitality Ltd), founded 2007 | Likely - dispersed client-site kitchen and hospitality teams across London and the South East (inferred) | Operations Director; Head of Food Safety / HSEQ; People/HR Director; Head of Internal Communications; Venue Catering Manager | Staff restaurants, corporate hospitality suites and event venues across the South East - one recall notice today means a dozen phone calls to unit managers and no record that anyone read it. | MODERATE via The Menu Partners. Independent South East B&I caterer of almost identical shape and scale - the clearest like-for-like reference case on the list. | [source](https://graysons.com/our-story/) |
| 104 | **Wilson Vale Catering Management Ltd** | Contract catering - B&I and independent schools | Coalville, Leicestershire; offices, conference venues and independent-school dining across England | UNVERIFIED; B Corp certified independent caterer; employee count not published | Likely - shift kitchen brigades across dispersed office and independent-school sites (inferred) | Operations Director; Head of HSEQ / Food Safety; People Director; Head of Internal Communications; Client Services Director | A B Corp caterer with bespoke kitchens in offices and schools - already committed to documented standards, and already unable to prove a notice was read by a chef who has no work email. | MODERATE via The Menu Partners. Independent peer caterer with a documented-standards culture (B Corp), so an evidence-of-briefing argument lands without translation. | [source](https://www.wilsonvale.co.uk) |
| 105 | **Vertas Group Ltd** | Contract catering, cleaning and grounds - education and public sector | Ipswich, Suffolk; 400+ school sites across England, Scotland and Wales | UNVERIFIED; 400+ school sites served (company website, 2026); owned by Suffolk Group Holdings Ltd | Likely - shift-based frontline teams across 400+ school sites (inferred) | Operations Director; Head of Health & Safety / HSEQ; People/HR Director; Head of Internal Communications; Regional Contracts Manager | Catering, cleaning and grounds across 400+ school sites - three different frontline populations, one employer, and an August mobilisation window every single year. | MODERATE via Barratt / Fernham and The Menu Partners. Sells catering, cleaning and grounds into schools and councils - the same integrated-services shape housebuilders buy from, and a peer to The Menu Partners in the education channel. | [source](https://www.vertas.co.uk) |
| 106 | **Travelodge Hotels Ltd** | Hotels - budget, national | Thame, Oxfordshire; 600+ hotels across the UK | 13,000+ employees; 600+ UK hotels (2024) | Likely - budget hotel housekeeping is among the most non-UK-born frontline populations in England (inferred, not company-published) | Operations Director; Head of Housekeeping; People/HR Director; Head of Internal Communications; Regional Operations Manager | Six hundred hotels on tight housekeeping turnaround windows, with room attendants who have a phone and no company email - and a head office in Thame, twenty minutes from Bicester. | MODERATE via The Menu Partners. Head office in Thame, Oxfordshire, twenty minutes from Bicester and the same town as Harrison Catering on the first list - a genuine local-network route worth testing before treating this as pure outbound. | [source](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Travelodge_(British_company)) |
| 107 | **Reynolds Catering Supplies Ltd** | Foodservice wholesale - fresh produce | Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire; national distribution centre | UNVERIFIED; active since 1994 | Likely - NDC and night-shift picking workforce (inferred) | Head of Health & Safety / SHEQ Director; Head of Food Safety / Technical; Operations Director; People/HR Director; Warehouse Manager network | Fresh-produce NDC supplying contract caterers - cold-store lone working, night picking shifts and a recall cascade to reach both. | STRONG via The Menu Partners. A principal fresh-produce wholesaler to contract caterers of exactly this profile and plausibly already a Menu Partners supplier. Ask for the supplier list and run the relationship in reverse. | [source](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/02955734) |
| 108 | **Creed Foodservice Ltd** | Foodservice wholesale | Operating base Staverton, Gloucestershire; registered office North Shields, Tyne and Wear; national delivered service | UNVERIFIED; company no. 01065559, active, trading since 1972 | Likely - warehouse and multi-drop driver workforce (inferred) | Head of Health & Safety / SHEQ Director; Head of Food Safety / Technical; Operations Director; People/HR Director; Depot Manager network | Delivered foodservice wholesaler to contract caterers - carries the same recall cascade obligation as its customers, plus a multi-drop driver population with no site. NOTE: registered office moved to Tyne and Wear - confirm current ownership before outreach. | STRONG via The Menu Partners. Delivered foodservice wholesaler to independent contract caterers - the most likely existing commercial relationship anywhere on this list. Ask which wholesalers The Menu Partners buys from and start there. | [source](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/01065559) |
| 109 | **Reed Boardall Cold Storage Ltd** | Cold-chain logistics | Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire; single 55-acre site | UNVERIFIED; 168,000-pallet cold store, ~200 refrigerated vehicles, ~12,000 pallets a day, 24/7 | Likely - 24/7 cold-store and driver operation (inferred) | Head of Health & Safety / SHEQ Director; Operations Director; Transport Manager (CPC holder); People/HR Director; Shift Manager network | One large 24/7 frozen site is the ideal Site-plan customer: lone working in sub-zero chambers, three shifts, and temperature-excursion instructions that must reach pickers now. | NONE from the warm leads, but the best single-site fit in logistics: one 24/7 frozen site, three shifts, lone working in sub-zero chambers. Outbound to the SHEQ lead. | [source](http://www.reedboardall.com/) |
| 110 | **Bestway Wholesale Ltd** | Foodservice / cash & carry wholesale | Park Royal, London; 62 warehouses nationwide | UNVERIFIED for the wholesale division; Bestway Group ~28,000 group-wide incl. pharmacy (2022) | Likely - 62 depots serving 130,000 retailers; warehouse workforce (inferred) | Head of Health & Safety / SHEQ Director; Head of Food Safety / Technical; Operations Director; People/HR Director; Depot Manager network | Sixty-two cash-and-carry depots handling chilled and frozen food - food hygiene notices and MHE alerts across sites, all on paper today. | MODERATE via The Menu Partners. Cash-and-carry and delivered wholesale to caterers and independents; a caterer reference is directly relevant to their own food-safety obligations. | [source](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bestway) |
| 111 | **Kingdom Services Group** | Facilities services - cleaning, security, waste, grounds | Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside; regional offices Edinburgh, Glasgow, Birmingham, London, Belfast; 5,000+ UK sites | ~11,500 (2026, company); GBP 300m+ revenue | YES - company website states staff represent 149 nationalities | Operations Director; Head of HSEQ; People/HR Director; Head of Training (BICSc / SIA); Contract Manager network | 149 nationalities and 11,500 people across 5,000+ sites, published by the company itself. The single best-evidenced multilingual frontline anywhere in this research and a textbook case for translated notices with proof of receipt. | MODERATE via Barratt / Fernham. Housebuilders buy site security, site cleaning and waste through their site-services supply chain. Ask Barratt London or Fernham for their site services supplier list. Independent of that, the published 149-nationality figure makes this the strongest intrinsic fit on the entire list. | [source](https://www.kingdom.co.uk) |
| 112 | **Wilson James** | Manned guarding, aviation and logistics services | London and Essex; national UK | 5,000+ (2026, company) | YES - company website states 85 languages spoken and 90 nationalities represented | Head of Operations; Head of Compliance (SIA ACS); Head of Training; HR Director; Account Manager network | Eighty-five languages, published. Assignment instructions, lone-working checks and shift-change briefings across aviation, logistics and protective security, currently delivered in English on paper. | MODERATE via Barratt / Fernham. Provides construction-logistics and security services to major developments, so there is a real chance of an existing Barratt London site relationship. The published 85-languages figure does the rest of the selling. | [source](https://www.wilsonjames.co.uk/about-us/) |
| 113 | **Monthind Clean** | Commercial cleaning - regional | Colchester, Essex; Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire | ~1,000+ (2026, company); 500+ sites | Likely - regional cleaning workforce across 500+ small sites (inferred) | Operations Director; Head of HSEQ; People/HR Director; Head of Training (BICSc); Contract Manager network | A thousand people across five hundred sites from four offices - the clearest possible demonstration that a per-building price model is wrong and a per-person band is right. | NONE from the warm leads. Included in Tier 1 on fit alone: a thousand people across five hundred sites in the East of England is the clearest demonstration in this research that per-building pricing is wrong and a person-band is right. | [source](https://monthindclean.co.uk) |
| 114 | **Birkin Group** | Commercial cleaning - regional | Grays, Essex and London; East of England and London | ~1,500+ frontline employees (2026, company) | Likely - large frontline cleaning workforce on shift across commercial, education and leisure contracts (inferred) | Operations Director; Head of HSEQ; People/HR Director; Head of Training (BICSc); Contract Manager network | A BICSc accredited training member with 1,500 frontline staff - the training records exist, the briefing records do not. COSHH changes are the wedge. | MODERATE via Barratt / Fernham. Regional cleaning contractor in Essex and London - the geography and service type that housebuilders buy site cleaning from. Worth testing the site-services supplier list. | [source](https://www.birkingroup.co.uk) |
| 115 | **Grundon Waste Management** | Waste & recycling | Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire; depots across the South of England | UNVERIFIED; 430 collection vehicles serving 15,000+ client organisations | Likely - driver and loader shift workforce (inferred) | Head of HSE; Fleet & Transport Manager; Operations Director; People/HR Director; Depot Manager network | 430 vehicles from South of England depots including hazardous and clinical waste - and a Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire footprint that overlaps The Menu Partners' and Barratt's own waste contracts. | MODERATE via Barratt / Fernham and The Menu Partners. Thames Valley waste contractor operating across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire - the same patch as both Bicester and the South East housebuilding sites, and housebuilders buy skips and site waste collection. Ask both warm leads who collects their waste. | [source](https://www.grundon.com) |
| 116 | **G's Fresh Ltd** | Fresh produce grower and packer | Barway, Ely, Cambridgeshire; multiple growing and packing sites | UNVERIFIED; large seasonal plus permanent workforce, no total headcount published | YES - 2024/25 modern slavery statement describes translated induction content for seasonal workers and a grievance reporting system open in multiple languages | Technical Director / Head of Technical; Head of Health & Safety; Operations/Manufacturing Director; People/HR Director; Site Manager network | The strongest published multilingual evidence in this sector: the company already translates inductions for Seasonal Worker cohorts. It is doing the job by hand; this does it with a record. | NONE from the warm leads. In Tier 1 purely on evidence: the company already publishes that it translates seasonal-worker inductions and runs a multilingual grievance line. It has proved the need and is meeting it by hand. | [source](https://www.gs-fresh.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/Gs-Modern-Slavery-Statement-2024-25.pdf) |
| 117 | **Hilton Foods UK (Hilton Food Group plc)** | Food manufacturing - meat and protein packing | Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire | UNVERIFIED; ~2,778 UK per third-party aggregation of the company's 2024/25 modern slavery statement | YES - own modern slavery statement identifies migrant workers in UK food processing and logistics as an at-risk group | Technical Director / Head of Technical; Head of Health & Safety; Operations/Manufacturing Director; People/HR Director; Site Manager network | Retailer-dedicated meat packing under continuous customer audit; COSHH, machine-guarding and hygiene briefings for a high-turnover shift workforce the company itself describes as migrant-heavy. | NONE from the warm leads. Tier 1 on published evidence: its own modern slavery statement identifies migrant workers in UK food processing as an at-risk group, which is the argument in the company's own words. | [source](https://www.hiltonfoods.com/media/fezklpno/hilton-foods-modern-slavery-act-statement-2025.pdf) |
| 118 | **Fine Lady Bakeries Ltd** | Food manufacturing - bakery | Registered Bugbrooke, Northamptonshire (Heygates group); bakery operations in the South Midlands | UNVERIFIED; third-party estimate 501-1,000 employees; company no. 00455692, active since 1948 | Likely - shift-based bakery workforce with sector-typical agency use (inferred) | Technical Director / Head of Technical; Head of Health & Safety; Operations/Manufacturing Director; People/HR Director; Site Manager network | Independent retailer-supplying bakery under BRCGS - shift handover and allergen-change confirmation across production lines, in a business small enough for one decision-maker. | MODERATE via The Menu Partners. A South Midlands independent bakery in the same regional food economy as Bicester; supplies bread into foodservice channels. Small enough that one director decides. | [source](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/00455692) |
| 119 | **Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT)** | Care homes - charitable trust | Lincoln; 70+ locations across Gloucestershire, Lincolnshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Suffolk, West Sussex, Wiltshire | ~6,000 staff (2025); 70+ locations, 4,000+ residents and tenants | YES - own site states a commitment to recruitment "through domestic and international recruitment practices" | Director of Quality & Compliance; Director of Operations; People/HR Director; Head of Learning & Development; Registered Manager network | Explicit international recruitment into dispersed rural homes - multilingual, confirmed-receipt safeguarding and medication notices are directly inspectable CQC evidence. Oxfordshire homes put it inside The Menu Partners' geography. | MODERATE via Barratt / Fernham and The Menu Partners. Runs homes across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, the same geography as both Bicester and the South East housebuilders, and publishes its international recruitment commitment. Local reference plus published multilingual evidence. | [source](https://www.osjct.co.uk/about-us/) |
| 120 | **Avery Healthcare** | Care homes - private | Northampton; 100+ care homes across England | 10,000+ staff (2025); 100+ homes | Likely - large national shift workforce; no explicit sponsor-licence statement located (inferred) | Director of Quality & Compliance; Director of Operations; People/HR Director; Head of Learning & Development; Registered Manager network | 10,000 staff across 100+ homes: a size at which ad hoc comms has visibly failed, and a home is a near-perfect fit for the GBP 180 site plan. | NONE from the warm leads. Tier 1 on shape: 100+ homes at 60-120 staff each is the single cleanest fit for the GBP 180 per-site plan anywhere in this document, and one home is a self-contained pilot with one named owner. | [source](https://www.averyhealthcare.co.uk/about-us/) |
## Tier 2 - Strong fit (40 accounts, ranks 121-160)

**The forty to build pipeline against.** Same fundamentals, one step further from a warm introduction or one step harder to buy.

The twelve catering and hospitality accounts split three ways. The independent caterers - **Aspens-Services**, **Bennett Hay**, **apetito**, **Delaware North** - are The Menu Partners' peer set at one remove: Aspens is growing fast enough to have been named an FT Long-Term Growth Champion for 2026, apetito sits in care catering where a dietary instruction going wrong is a safeguarding event, and Delaware North's event-day crews are hired in hundreds and gone by midnight. The holiday and hotel operators - **Center Parcs** (9,256 staff across five villages, so a village is a site of roughly 1,800 people), **Haven** (14,000+ across 39 parks), **Butlin's**, **RBH**, **Village Hotel Club** - all share one shape: an enormous seasonal or shift housekeeping population and a March or April intake where everyone is new at once. Haven and Butlin's are one relationship, not two, because both are Bourne Leisure. The retail and food-to-go three - **Greggs**, **SSP Group UK**, **Loungers** - are large, fast and allergen-exposed; Greggs alone has 33,000 people across 2,500 shops.

The ten logistics accounts favour verified scale and a single identifiable owner. **Gregory Distribution** (50+ depots), **Magnavale** (five BRC-accredited cold stores), **Palletways** (Fradley hub plus a member network), **AF Blakemore** and **Parfetts** (multi-depot food wholesale), the three ports (**PD Ports** at 1,400 people across 11 sites, **Peel Ports**, **Felixstowe**) and two bus operators (**Metroline**'s 14 London garages, **Stagecoach**). Note the pattern with pallet networks: the member depots are separate legal entities, so sell the central hub and treat the members' conference as a channel rather than trying to write one contract.

The eight facilities accounts are the security and cleaning firms one tier below the two evidence leaders, plus the landscaping and waste operators where the Barratt and Fernham route is genuinely testable. **idverde** is the strongest Barratt-side hypothesis in the whole FM group: housebuilders carry multi-year public-open-space and estate landscaping obligations under S106, and somebody maintains those estates after handover. Ask both warm leads who.

The six manufacturers are the larger, slower, better-resourced version of the Tier 1 three. **Avara** at 5,500+ people, **Hovis** at ~2,800 across eight bakeries, **DS Smith** at roughly 4,300 across 36 UK sites. All buy on the audit calendar rather than the financial year, which makes "when is your next unannounced BRCGS audit?" the best qualifying question available.

The four care and housing accounts include the one genuinely strong Barratt and Fernham path in this sector: **Hyde Group**. Both warm leads sell S106 affordable homes to housing associations of exactly this profile in London and the South East, and Hyde brought repairs fully in-house in October 2022, taking direct labour to about 95% of 31,000 homes with 300+ repairs colleagues. A new DLO, new processes, and Awaab's Law timescales running since 27 October 2025.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 121 | **Aspens-Services Ltd** | Contract catering - education | Registered London; primary, secondary and college catering across England | UNVERIFIED; named an FT Long-Term Growth Champion 2026, 2nd in Food & Beverage in Europe | Likely - shift kitchen teams across primary, secondary and college sites nationally (inferred) | Operations Director; Head of Food Safety / HSEQ; People/HR Director; Head of Internal Communications; Regional Catering Manager | One of the fastest-growing independent school caterers in Britain, mobilising new contracts every August - the single best month in the year to be live rather than selling. | MODERATE via The Menu Partners. Peer independent education caterer; shares wholesalers and the August mobilisation calendar. | [source](https://www.aspens-services.co.uk) |
| 122 | **Bennett Hay Ltd** | Contract catering - B&I (London) | Bishopsgate, London; London workplace catering plus a central production kitchen in Shoreditch | UNVERIFIED; independently owned per Companies House; B Corp certified | Likely - London workplace kitchen brigades and guest-services teams are typically multinational (inferred) | Operations Director; Head of Food Safety / HSEQ; People/HR Director; Head of Internal Communications; Guest Services Manager | An independent London workplace caterer with a central production kitchen - allergen changes cascade from one kitchen to many, which is exactly the shape a confirmed-receipt channel is for. | MODERATE via The Menu Partners. Independent London B&I caterer - direct competitive peer with a central production kitchen model. | [source](https://www.bennetthay.co.uk) |
| 123 | **apetito (UK) Ltd** | Contract catering - care and healthcare | Trowbridge, Wiltshire; UK-wide care home and NHS meal production plus Wiltshire Farm Foods home delivery | UNVERIFIED; active UK arm of apetito AG (company no. 03123406) | Likely - multi-site production kitchens plus a home-delivery driver workforce (inferred) | Operations Director; Head of Food Safety / HSEQ; People/HR Director; Head of Internal Communications; Regional Care Contracts Manager | Texture-modified and allergen-controlled meals for care homes and the NHS: a population where getting a dietary instruction wrong is a safeguarding event, not just a complaint. | MODERATE via The Menu Partners. Supplies prepared meals into care catering, a channel adjacent to contract catering; also a plausible supplier to caterers running care contracts. | [source](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/03123406) |
| 124 | **Delaware North Companies (UK) Ltd** | Contract catering - stadium and venue | Cannon Street, London; UK stadium, arena and venue catering | UNVERIFIED; five active linked UK entities at Companies House under the US-parented group | Likely - event-day catering relies on large casual, multilingual shift crews (inferred) | Operations Director; Head of Health & Safety / HSEQ; People/HR Director; Head of Internal Communications; Venue Catering Manager | Event-day crews are hired in hundreds, briefed once, and gone by midnight. A village is a site of roughly 1,800 people - the cleanest big Site-plan sale in this sector. | MODERATE via Barratt / Fernham. Housebuilders and holiday-village operators share landscaping, grounds and site-services contractors. Weak, but real - test it. ## Tier 3 - Nurture (40 accounts, ranks 161-200)

**The forty to nurture, not chase.** Every one has a real product fit; each carries a discount on reachability, buying readiness or corporate simplicity.

The twelve catering and hospitality accounts are mostly excellent fits with hard buying centres. **JD Wetherspoon** is the clearest example: 42,081 staff across ~800 managed sites is a textbook profile, and Wetherspoon is famously self-sufficient with strong internal systems. **Azzurri**, **Wagamama** and **Caffe Nero** are large multi-brand or private-equity-owned groups likely to be running an incumbent frontline app already, so these are displacement sales rather than greenfield ones. **Marston's** has a genuinely interesting regulatory story - a mixed managed and franchised estate is the MHSWR regulation 12 argument in a pub - but a complicated one commercially, because the frontline is not always its employees. **Juniper Ventures** is a good fit made slow by council ownership; **CGC** and **Rhubarb** are event caterers whose calendars dictate when they can even take a call.

The eleven logistics accounts are the ones with global parents, long procurement cycles or network structures that resist a single contract: **DP World**, **ABP** (21 ports, 21 stakeholders), **Arriva**, **Go-Ahead**, **TPN**. Two exceptions are worth pulling forward if the quarter is quiet. **Transport UK London Bus** became independent through a management buyout in February 2023, so systems decisions are genuinely live. **EV Cargo** is mid-restructuring, which is often exactly when an organisation discovers it has no single channel to its frontline - but confirm stability before investing effort.

The seven facilities accounts include **SBFM**, which deserves a note: retail cleaning at one or two people per store across hundreds of stores is arguably the most dispersed frontline in this entire document, and therefore the best fit and the hardest rollout on the same page. **FCC Environment** and **Enva** buy against local-authority contract cycles of seven or eight years, so the qualifying question is which contracts are in their last two.

The six manufacturers are the ones where the group is large, private and slow (**ABP UK**), the workforce small enough that the deal is small (**Camira**, **William Cook**), or ownership makes procurement formal (**Sheffield Forgemasters**, MoD-owned since 2021). **The Compleat Food Group** was built by acquisition across twelve brands, which means several inherited ways of briefing a shift and no group channel to any of them - a great fit and a messy buyer.

The four care and housing accounts are the housing associations that are geographically distant from both warm leads (**Home Group** in the North East, **The Riverside Group** from Carlisle to Northampton) plus **Sanctuary Care**, where the affordable-housing route reaches the parent group but the care business buys separately, and **Equans**, which has an outstanding frontline fit inside a multinational that will take a year to buy anything.

| **Optivo** | Housing association | DO NOT PURSUE. Merged into Southern Housing in December 2022. | [source](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Southern_Housing) |
| **Southern Housing** | Housing association with DLO | DEFERRED, NOT REJECTED. Confirmed active and large (about 30,000 homes after the Optivo merger) but the corporate website blocked repeated fetches, so headcount and DLO status could not be sourced to a page actually read. Worth re-checking by hand - the fit is good. | [source](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/search?q=Southern+Housing) |
| **Cera Care** | Domiciliary care | DEFERRED, NOT REJECTED. Confirmed active and large (10,000+ carers per third-party sources) but the site is JS-rendered and returned nothing fetchable, so no claim could be sourced. Re-check by hand; the fit is excellent. | [source](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/09874278) |
| **Exemplar Health Care** | Care homes | DEPRIORITISED. Its own careers page states it does not offer visa sponsorship or Certificates of Sponsorship, which makes the multilingual case weaker than its peers. | [source](https://www.exemplarhc.com/careers) |
| **Home Instead UK / Bluebird Care** | Domiciliary care | NOT PURSUABLE AS SINGLE ACCOUNTS. Both are franchise networks of 200-255 independently owned offices. There is no single buyer. Re-check before dismissing. | [source](https://www.runwoodhomes.co.uk/about-us/) |
| **Vinci Facilities** | Facilities management | COULD NOT VERIFY. UK-facing URLs redirect to French-language global content; UK headcount and NHS contract scope could not be confirmed. | [source](https://www.vinci-facilities.com/) |

### Excluded because the parent is already on the first list

Contract catering has consolidated hard. Several apparently independent brands turned out to sit inside groups already ranked in [`targets-100.md`](./targets-100.md), and adding them would have been double-counting one buying centre.

## Corporate events worth knowing before you call

- **Bourne Leisure owns both Haven and Butlin's**, and Warner Leisure Hotels is a division of the same parent. Three brands, one buying centre, and a Haven pilot converts into all of them.
- **Dalata Hotel Group** was taken over by Pandox and Eiendomsspar in November 2025 for around EUR 1.4bn and its operations are transferring to Scandic Hotels Group - a live restructuring, so the UK entity is not currently a clean target.
- **Contract catering has consolidated into four groups.** WSH (BaxterStorey, BM Caterers, Searcys, Holroyd Howe, Caterlink, Genuine Dining), Compass (CH&CO, Levy, Restaurant Associates, Gather & Gather, Vacherin, Blue Apple, Taylor Shaw, Pabulum, Company of Cooks), Sodexo (AiP, Fooditude, Sodexo Live/Centerplate/Lindley) and Elior (Lexington, Edwards & Blake). **That is why this list is weighted toward genuine independents** - Thomas Franks, Mellors, Graysons, Wilson Vale, Bennett Hay, Aspens, Vertas. They are the only caterers left with a single decision-maker.
- **Frank Roberts & Sons (Roberts Bakery)** entered administration in 2025 and is now FRSL Realisations (2025) Ltd.
- **Four Seasons Health Care ceased operations entirely in April 2025** after a six-year break-up.
- **Smurfit Westrock** is mid-integration after the Smurfit Kappa and WestRock merger, with UK site closures and consultations reported during 2025. Check the specific site is not in consultation before calling it.
- **EV Cargo** reported significant cost restructuring and depot reviews in 2024.
- **Biffa** was taken private by Energy Capital Partners in January 2023.
- **Transport UK London Bus** was formed by a February 2023 management buyout of Abellio's UK operations, so it is newly independent and making its own systems decisions.
- **Hyde Group** brought repairs fully in-house through Property Maintenance London in October 2022, reaching about 95% direct labour across 31,000 homes by October 2023. **The Riverside Group** is bringing its southern Riverside Direct service in-house from Mears. Both are live DLO mobilisations.
- **Awaab's Law came into force on 27 October 2025** ([SI 2025/1042](https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2025/1042/contents/made)). Every housing association on this list is currently rebuilding its repairs process around statutory timescales. It is the single best-timed trigger in this document.

## Method and limitations

Every account was checked against public sources actually fetched: company websites, Companies House (existence, status, company number, registered address, persons with significant control), gov.uk registers, trade press and, where nothing better was reachable, Wikipedia. A source URL is given for all 100 accounts. Research was run as five parallel sector sweeps with a shared verification standard, then reconciled, de-duplicated against `targets-100.csv`, ranked and tiered by hand.

Known limitations, stated plainly:

1. **General web search was largely unavailable.** Brave, DuckDuckGo, Mojeek and Ecosia all blocked automated access (429, 403, CAPTCHA) and Bing returned unrelated results. Verification therefore ran almost entirely through direct page fetches and Companies House. Re-running with working search would materially improve headcount coverage, particularly for private companies.
2. **Private-company headcounts are frequently unpublished, and many corporate sites block automated fetches.** Southern Housing, Cera Care, Macdonald Hotels, Johnson Service Group, Gregory Distribution, Palletways, Stagecoach, Forth Ports, ABP, Equans and several others returned 403, 404 or JavaScript-only pages. Where a usable alternative source existed it was used and cited; where none did, the cell reads `UNVERIFIED` or the company was excluded rather than guessed at.
3. **`est.` figures include third-party aggregations** such as LinkedIn and Indeed employee bands. They are indicative only and must not be quoted externally.
4. **Multinationals publish global, not UK, figures.** Samsic (23 countries), Elis (50,000 across 28 countries), SSP (c.49,000 globally), Lineage, Berry Global, Coveris (2,500 across 17 EMEA sites) and ABP Food Group (13,300 across eight countries) are all group numbers and must not be read as UK headcount.
5. **Multilingual evidence is much stronger here than on the first list, but still concentrated.** Six accounts carry hard published evidence - Kingdom Services Group, Wilson James, G's Fresh, Hilton Foods, Orders of St John Care Trust and Agincare. For the other 94, the marker reads `Likely` and rests on sector labour composition. That is a discovery question for the first call, not a fact to assert in an email.
6. **Two negative findings worth keeping.** Sanctuary Care's careers listings indicate it is not currently offering visa sponsorship, and Exemplar Health Care states explicitly that it does not offer sponsorship or Certificates of Sponsorship. Neither means the workforce is monolingual, but neither supports an international-recruitment opening line.
7. **Franchise and member networks are not single accounts.** Home Instead (255 offices), Bluebird Care (200+ franchises), the pallet networks (Palletways, TPN, UPN and peers), DPD Local's ~54 franchisees and Country Range Group are all channels, not customers. Sell the central operation, then use the members' or franchisees' conference as distribution.
8. **No personal data.** Job titles only; no named individuals appear anywhere in this document or the CSV.
