Collateral

Everything you need to send, show or hand over, built to print at the right size. Each PDF has its HTML source next to it, so a change is an edit and a reprint (Chrome: File → Print → Save as PDF, margins none).

Before first use
  • Fill every [placeholder]: your name, phone, email, company number, registered office, Cyber Essentials certificate number.
  • The DPA, terms outline and pilot agreement go to a solicitor once. Then they never change per customer unless the customer pays for the change.
  • Nothing in these documents claims a customer, a statistic or an award that does not exist. Keep it that way; the credibility is the product.

Use in and after meetings. The deck is for a 30-minute first meeting; send the one-pager the same day.

Customer onboarding and marketing kit

Give the poster, leaflet and quickstart to the site manager at go-live; use the LinkedIn kit weekly. The value calculator is for your own preparation: it shows honestly that admin time alone does not justify the price, so the case must be made on translation and the record. Use it to decide what to ask in discovery; do not send it to a prospect.
